Cheryl Mitchell
For over 15 years, Cheryl has provided organizational development consulting and facilitation services for a variety of private, public and third sector clients both locally and internationally. Over the years she recognized that effective change management and engagement are essential for all other aspects of business to be successful. Through Red Ball Solutions she now combines her skills in consultation and facilitation to focus her attention on achieving key business outcomes for her clients through the development of high performance organizations that are based on engaged individuals, teams and leadership. Cheryl applies her understanding of change management, group dynamics, psychology, systems thinking, appreciative inquiry, adult learning, curriculum design, facilitation and critical thinking to both understand and articulate the issues and their root causes. She then works with her clients to move through the complexities to an elegant employee engagement solution that is both strength-based and strategic.
Fully dedicated to learning, Cheryl has a Master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Jungian depth psychology and she is in the process of completing her Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems.
