With each project we balance consultation with facilitation. We use consultation to understand the need for a solution and facilitation to drive the solution. This combined capacity makes us uniquely effective in developing employee engagement strategies which support organizations that work.

At Red Ball our process is collaborative. We work with you to first understand the situation, decide on the right questions and seek out the root causes. Then we apply our deep understanding of group dynamics, organizational systems and change management to build an engagement solution incorporating your existing structures and strategies. While these solutions are designed primarily to build engagement, they frequently must confront chronic or critical instances of disengagement. The consequences of disengagement are damaging to the individual, the team and the organization.


Both the employer and the employee must share responsiblity for being engaged because the benefits of engagement are so significant and the consequences of disengagement are so ruinous. Our solutions develop the knowledge and skills required to build and sustain engagement, manage change and address disengagement. They are typically multi-faceted and may include leadership consultation, manager/supervisor training workshops, large group stakeholder forums and facilitated team sessions.
