Who We Are

Cheryl Mitchell, PhD

Cheryl has provided organizational systems consulting and facilitation services for a variety of private, public and third sector clients, both locally and internationally, for more than 15 years. Cheryl’s initial focus was on experiential team-building and leadership development. This evolved to engagement and strategic planning, eventually arriving at identity formation, change management and strategy-making as the foundation for sustainable solutions to complex organizational issues.

Red Ball Solutions was founded in 2008 in response to the increasingly complex workplace challenges faced by today’s organizations, primarily those in the public sector. Red Ball’s current concentration is on workplace challenges in complex organizational systems, as well as teams and organizations in crisis.

Fully dedicated to learning, Cheryl has completed a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems where  her focus was on blame in the workplace, specifically healthcare. She also has a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology with an emphasis on Jungian Depth Psychology, as well as a Master’s degree in Human Development.  Cheryl is qualified to deliver a wide range of assessments, and is a certified team coach who has designed and delivered hundreds of team programs to thousands of participants.
